Use Plan and the Rural Preservation Plan

of the Little River Valley Association dedicated to maintaining our environmental

of groups focused on Historic and Dirt Road preservation
Initiating
master planning efforts for the Birmingham Crossroads
Hiring internationally
renowned land planning firm, RTKL and a market research and demographic
specialist, Robert Charles Lesser to assist with the evaluation of appropriate
land use for Northwest Fulton County
Hiring environmental
specialists to assist in providing professional reviews and evaluations
related to certain developments proposed for the area
Development
of a "network of neighbors" - the Alliance Advisory Council -
to foster communication and education
Development
of strong relationships with County officials and staff, a wide variety
of outside experts and adjacent jurisdictions officials and staff
Key roles
in rezoning issues at Crabapple, Providence, Birmingham, Hopewell, Freemanville, Arnold Mill
and other locations.
Effectively working to ensure the
definitive no sewer (private or public) policy, of Northwest Fulton County continues to be upheld.
