Little River Valley AssociationA grassroots community watershed organization, the Little River Valley Association protects and preserves the natural environment of the Little River watershed. The watershed lies in northwest Fulton County and southeast Cherokee County. The pressures of increasing development in Birmingham-Hopewell led to the group's founding in 1998 as a way to positively influence the effects of these changes on the area's water quality.
The organization was co-founded by Ben and Linda Statham
and Bill and Debbie Royston.
